Shipping policy


For All Orders

 

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify the shipping address or item details. Orders are typically processed promptly, so we can’t guarantee that change requests will be seen before shipment. Please ensure all information is accurate at checkout, as we’re unable to cover replacement orders or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses. If you need a different item or size, you’re welcome to contact us after delivery to request an exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat $7 domestic shipping fee. Orders are shipped from New York via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. All orders are thoughtful packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

 

International Shipping

 

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders ship to outside of the US may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING FOR PAYMENT OF DUTIES AT THE TIME THE PACKAGE ARRIVES IN THEIR COUNTRY.

If you are not prepared to pay the duties in a timely manner, we ask that you kindly refrain from placing an order as we are NOT able to refund the shipping costs if the package is returned back to us. The carrier should attempt to contact you to arrange duty payment before delivery, so please keep an eye on the tracking and your email / phone for them to reach out. If you have not heard from them, please contact their customer support line as we are not able to do this on your behalf.

Please allow up to 7-12 business days for delivery, provided that the customer pays any applicable duties promptly.
