Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping is provided by us. Please send returns to: 171 Castle Avenue, Westbury, NY, 11590.
To initiate a return, please contact support@reueriecharms.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

- Gift cards
- International orders

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or style, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item once it has been delivered. Please ensure the item is unused and returned in its original condition in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. As above, the item must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@reueriecharms.com.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely fulfillment, and for this reason, cancellations are not supported after checkout.
