What this guarantee covers

This guarantee applies to structural issues that occur under normal, intended use within 60 days of delivery.

Covered issues may include, but are not limited to:

Breakage at connection points
Separation of the chain or structural components
Unexpected failure of assembled parts not caused by external force

If a qualifying issue occurs, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

What this guarantee does not cover

This guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from:

Excessive force, pulling, or impact
Improper use or handling
Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than Reuerie
Wear caused by sharp objects, friction, or contact with hard surfaces
Use with incompatible phone cases, strap adapters, or accessories not supplied by us
Normal wear over time or changes in appearance due to regular use
Personal preference, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or change of mind

Replacement process

To request a replacement under this guarantee, please contact us with:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue and affected area
Confirmation that all original components are retained

In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned for inspection before a replacement is issued. When required, return shipping for verified quality-related issues will be covered by us.

Replacements are issued for the same item and version originally purchased.
